Supervisor Saylor represents District 2, which includes the City of Winters, a portion of the City of Davis and the UC Davis campus.  Each district in Yolo County has approximately 40,000 residents.

Within the District's boundaries there are a variety of neighborhoods including: the Binning Tract, North Davis Meadows, Downtown Davis, Central Davis, West Davis, UC Davis, Winters and the farmland linking Davis and Winters.
