Since 1995, I have worked for you as a Davis City Council Member and School Board Trustee. I am now asking for your vote on June 6 to serve on the Yolo County Board of Supervisors because our county is facing unparalleled challenges. PRIORITIES: Local government revenues are tied to the state budget and dependent upon a healthy economy. Yolo County must continue to prioritize the budget to be consistent with needs of the County. Please rank order the importance of the following 13 service areas to District 2 and to Yolo County as a whole, with one (1) being most important and thirteen (13) being least important. Please use a 10 point scale to rate the importance of the following issues, with ten (10) being most important and one (1) being not at all important to the Davis community.

WATER: Water is critical to Yolo County agriculture and municipalities. This November California voters will be asked to approve an $11 billion water bond with $800 million in annual debt payments. Should Yolo County residents support this water bond on the November ballot?
